We work hard to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations are natural in handcrafted and handwoven fabrics — these are part of their character, not defects.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it — for example if an item is out of stock. An order is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation by email or WhatsApp.

Payment must be completed through the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or breach these terms.

Delivery estimates and charges are described on our Shipping page. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by couriers, weather or customs are outside our control. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.

Returns and exchanges are handled as described on our Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these terms. Custom-stitched, altered or final-sale items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

All content on this website — including images, designs, logos, text and the Aahshri name — belongs to Aahshri or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aahshri is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
